How an enquiry works

Most of Helen is not add-to-cart. Freight, finish and lead time change the number, so a price on the card would be a guess we would then have to walk back.

An enquiry is one note: the piece, the room, the city, and any finish you already know you want. We reply with availability and a landed figure. No account required to start it.

The aqua hat is the exception — small, light, and actually cartable. Everything with a timber frame or a steel bay is quoted. That is slower than a checkout button. It is also how you avoid a surprise at the door.
